Abstract
Analysis of the publications devoted to the structure, functions, mechanism of action of erythropoietin is given in the article. Erythropoietin preparations derived from recombinant DNA technology are a mixture of isoforms with different biological activity, which determine the biological properties pharmacological activity, pharmacokinetics, efficacy and safety of medicinal product. Erythropoietin preparations derived by using recombinant DNA technology are a mixture of isoforms with different biological activity, that determine the biological properties, pharmacological activity, pharmacokinetics, safety and therapeutic efficacy of the drug. However, at production of erythropoietin, its pharmacological activity is controlled only by the ability to stimulate erythropoiesis, despite the multiplicity of different directions of action of drugs erythropoietin. The drug is dispensed and applied on this indicator. The international reference standard, a European reference biologic drug or calibrated by him enterprise standard samples are used by manufacturers to assess the quality of erythropoietin in the Russian Federation. The urgency of developing domestic standard samples for the evaluation of biological activity and physico-chemical characteristics of erythropoietin preparations produced by recombinant DNA technology.

Abstract
Relevance of research: There are two sizes (several microns and nanodimensional) of strengthening j'-phase in single-crystal heat resisting nickel and intermetallic alloys, used for making blades of modern gas turbine engines (GTD). For in-depth study of structural and phase condition of such alloys not only qualitative description of created structure is necessary, but quantitative analysis of alloy components geometrical characteristics. Purpose of the work: Development of reference material sets of heat resisting nickel and intermetallic alloy composition and structure. Research methods: To address the measurement problem of control of structural and geometrical characteristics of single-crystal heat resisting and intermetallic alloys by analytical microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis the research was carried out using certified measurement techniques on facilities, entered in the Register of Measurement Means of the Russian Federation. The research was carried out on microsections, foils and plates, cut in the plane {100}. Results: It is established that key parameters, defining the properties of these alloys are particle size of strengthening j' -phase, the layer thickness of j-phase between them and parameters of phases lattice. Metrological requirements for reference materials of composition and structure of heat resisting nickel and intermetallic alloys are formulated. The necessary and sufficient reference material set providing the possibility to determine the composition and structure parameters of single-crystal heat resisting nickel and intermetallic alloys is defined. The developed RM sets are certified as in-plant reference materials. Conclusion: The reference materials can be used for graduation of spectral equipment when conducting element analysis of specified class alloys; for calibration of means of measuring alloy structure parameters; for measurement of alloys phases lattice parameters; for structure reference pictures receiving by SEM and TEM.

Abstract
The results of interlaboratory comparative tests typically represent a small sample size. Therefore, to evaluate the quality of test results of laboratories participating in interlaboratory comparative tests, it is proposed to use Student t-test, which connects three main characteristics of small sample: the width of the confidence interval, the corresponding confidence probability and sample size. The examples of interlaboratory comparative tests of diesel show, that the use Student test allows to more objectively evaluate the quality of tests results of laboratories, in particular to identify and assess the results outside the confidence interval of the certified value of the sample for inspection. The calculation of average values of Student statistic for the aggregate test results allows to evaluate the quality of the laboratory, to range them, to form a ranking of laboratories on an objective basis.
