Abstract
The article presents the results of an interlaboratory experiment evaluating the differences in the results obtained by different methods of measuring of specific power of magnetic losses of sheet specimens of oriented electrical steel. Measurements were carried out both with the installation CICL-2 that implements measurement method using field coils and a standardized method with calculation of field magnitude from the current value in the magnetizing winding, and with the measuring systems with different design of yokes implementing a standardized method. The article analyzes the experimental data obtained in order to assess the comparability of measurement results for systems with different design of the closing yoke.

Abstract
Trends in development of reference materials (RMs) in Russia, in particular in the regulation and standardization, are described. As of December- 2015, Fifteen statutory and regulatory acts are valid in Russia in that field. The main principles of these acts to be harmonized with international requirements are discussed. Four interstate standards (for CIS country) based on ISO Guide 30, ISO Guide 31, ISO Guide 34, ISO Guide 35 are developed and issued in 2016 to harmonize activities in the RMfield. The main trend in the national and interstate standardization in the RM field is the harmonization with international RM documents (OIML, ISO). In 2015 190 new approved pattern certified reference materials (CRMs) of composition and properties of substances and materials were developed in Russia. The majority of new patterns of CRMs were developed for metallurgical, oil producing, refining and gas enterprises. Also CRM development for clinical diagnosis, pharmaceutics, ecological monitoring and production safety are still requested.. Development of CRMs based on the principles of private-state partnership is growing slowly.

Abstract
The aim of our work was to develop and evaluate a homogenised material for the new IONEX resin reference material for NORM industries. The IONEX resin is a material from water purification filters. This work is a part of the European Research Project MetroNORM "Metrology for Processing Materials with High Natural Radioactivity", contract identifier JRPIND57. The current research resulted from the necessity of installing the technology for removing uranium from water in some areas in Europe [1, 2]. The European project JRP IND57 MetroNORM is perfectly suited for an accurate and precise determination of hazardous NORM materials. Proper evaluation of NORM materials is highly needed for the protection of health and minimization of economic and ecological burdens.

Abstract
The article presents the method of approach to synthesis of polyfunctional vitreous reference materials on the basis of Bi2O3-B2O2. The development of glassy samples consists in mixture of initial oxide components, their dissolution in the glassy matrix at a temperature of 1273-1373 K, exposition of fusion at this temperature during an hour in smelting furnace, hardening on air in the prepared mould (T = 373 K) with following annealing. The kinetics dissolution of analyzed substances was researched and was considered as example the langasit dissolution. The calculated kinetics characteristics allowed to find the time of dissolution. Need of carrying out posthardening annealing of glassy samples for increase of their strength characteristics is shown.

Abstract
Results of development and certification of reference materials of composition of heat resisting nickel alloy with the certified values of content of detrimental impurities (Zn, Cd, Pb, Tl, Bi, In, Ag, Sb, Ga, Ge, As, Se, Sn, Te, Mn, Cu), rare earth elements (Pr, Nd, Dy, Gd, Ho, Er, Nb, Sc, Y, La, Ce), and also other impurities (P, B, Fe, Si, V, Ru, Zr, Hf, Ca, Mg) are given. Developed CRMs are used for calibration of optical emission spectrometers, mass-spectrometers with glow discharge and laser sampling and others.
