Abstract
Considered problematic issues of the development of reference materials (RMs) for aircraft industry. The focus is on the methods for choosing the RM chemical composition and metallographic structure, and the use of different technologies for their production with high intra- and between item homogeneity. Considered problematic issues of the RM program, shows the need to expand and optimize the range of RMs. The present work is performed within framework of the integrated research concept 2.1. "Fundamentally oriented research" ("Strategic concepts of development of materials and technologies for their processing for the period up to 2030").

Abstract
The present article describes general principles of experimental research and processing of measurement results within the framework of one of the methods of evaluating the interchangeability of reference materials - paired comparisons of reference materials. The purpose of reference material comparison is: a) to compare the degree of equivalence of RMs to be compared, to demonstrate the capability of obtaining comparable measurement results in testing laboratories of countries, which use these RMs; b) to evaluate correlation of measurement results, obtained by means of RMs, submitted for comparison, with measurement results, obtained by means of RMs, certified values of which are established with greater accuracy and which are higher in the hierarchy of metrological traceability or RMs of other countries, including those with established metrological traceability; c) to provide the capability of interchanging RMs to be compared, when they are used, as intended; d) to assess measurement capabilities of RM producers, whose RMs are submitted for comparison; e) to implement GOST ISO Guide 34, ISO 17034 by RM producers when it is impossible to establish metrological traceability of their RMs for demonstration of conformity of quality management system to the requirements of GOST ISO Guide 34, ISO 17034. Design of experiment includes careful choice of comparison objects: RMs, measurement procedures (methods), suitable for comparisons, laboratories for conducting measurements in the framework of comparisons. Processing of measurement results includes: (for paired comparison): calculation of the reference value of RM paired comparison, calculation of the relative degree of equivalence of RM comparison, calculation of the paired difference of the relative degrees of equivalence of RM comparison and evaluation of obtained results; (for multiple comparison): establishment of mutually consistent certified values of RMs to be compared, calculation of the relative degree of equivalence of reference materials, calculation of standard and expanded uncertainties of the relative degree of RMs to be compared, comparison of the relative degree of equivalence and the expanded uncertainty of the relative degree of equivalence of reference materials. The article also outlines the approach for evaluating the degree of equivalence of comparison participants, which submitted several reference materials for comparison.

Abstract
A key point of the revision of GOST 8.315"GSI. Reference materials of composition and properties of substances and materials. Basic concepts" is harmonization with the documents of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Organization of Legal Metrology"(OIML) in terms of reference materials. The article sets out the basic principles of the document revision: harmonization of terms and definitions with ISO Guide 30:2015, distinction between "reference material" and "certified reference material" not only as concepts, but also as objects, which are subject to their own requirements and criteria of development, production and use (according to ISO Guide 31, ISO Guide 35, ISO 17034); introduction ofprovisions, related to the issue of reference materials, accredited to ISO 17034 by RM producers; introduction of provisions in the area of legal metrology in terms of reference materials according to OIML D 18. Introduction of the updated document will contribute to a new round of RM activity in Russia and other member-countries of Interstate council, based on international principles of RM development and use.

Abstract
Development of the nano industry and emergence of new product types manufactured with the use of nanotechnologies raises an issue of accurate measurement of unique nano material parameters. One of the main conditions for metrological assurance of innovative nano productsis existence of a professional labour market providing specialists with knowledge and skills pertaining to nano material studies, production technology, control of nano materials and nano objects in the technological process and products, as well as pertaining to the formation of normative and methodological documents regulating the frame work of metrological assurance at the enterprise. The present paperis devotedto the description of main provisions outlined in the draft professional standard "A metrology specialist in the nano industry"

Abstract
The paper is devoted to the aim and objectives of creating a web portal for State Service of Reference Materials of Composition and Properties of Substances and Materials (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 884 of 2 November 2009 (as worded by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 882 of 04.09.2012)) (herein after - SSRM web portal). It includes information on the main information blocks of the web portal and development prospects. The SSRM web portal was developed in order to form a unified information resource of SSRM, asan inter disciplinary structure responsible for meeting the demands of the Russian Federation for reference materials (RMs). The web portal's objective is to notify all participants involved of the RMproduction, analysis and prediction of demand for RMs, development of RM projects, development of technical and methodological documents specifying RM production and use, involvement in international collaboration as pertaining to RMs. The SSRM web portal is located at the following URL www.gsso.ru.
